Product description
This product is suitable for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units，It is used for element analysis and heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of common small steel parts,It can also be used for high temperature heating such as sintering, dissolution and analysis of metals and ceramics.
Product features
The shell is made of high-quality cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated by spraying process.
The unique oven door design makes the door opening operation safe and simple,Ensure that the high-temperature hot gas in the furnace does not leak out.
The hearth is formed by sintering high-temperature refractory materials,Heat preservation material is filled between the hearth and the shell.
Silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod is used as heating element and is matched with a controller to measure, display and control the temperature, so that the temperature in the furnace is kept constant.
